02What we collect

Information you give us through our forms (for example “Let’s talk”, “Schedule a call”, “Download the brochure” or the broker visit booking page):

  • Name, email address and phone number (with country code)
  • Country or market
  • The residence types you are interested in
  • Whether you are a real estate broker or agent and, on the broker page, your agency or brokerage, preferred visit date and time, and any message you write

Information collected automatically when you browse: pages visited, referring page, approximate location from your IP address, device and browser type, and campaign parameters in the link you used, such as UTM tags (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term) and ad click IDs (gclid, gbraid, wbraid, fbclid, msclkid).

03How we use it

  • To respond to your inquiry and contact you by email, phone, SMS or WhatsApp
  • To send you the information you asked for, such as the brochure, availability or pricing
  • To schedule and confirm visits, calls and reminders
  • To understand which campaigns and pages bring visitors, and to improve our website
  • To send you news and marketing about DUNNA, only with your consent; you can withdraw it at any time
  • To comply with legal obligations and protect our rights

04Service providers

We use trusted providers who process data on our behalf and only for the purposes above:

  • GoHighLevel / LeadConnector: our CRM, and the platform we use to send emails and SMS and to manage appointments
  • Cloudflare: website hosting, security and delivery
  • Google Analytics 4 (Google): website analytics
  • Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms): measuring and improving our ads on Facebook and Instagram

05Cookies & analytics

We and our providers use cookies and similar technologies (small files or browser storage) to make the site work, remember details you entered so you don’t have to type them again, measure visits with Google Analytics 4, and measure ad performance with the Meta Pixel. If you submit a form, the conversion may be reported to Google and Meta, together with the campaign parameters described above, so we can see which ads work.

How to control them: you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, browse in private mode, install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on, and manage ad preferences in your Google and Meta account settings. Blocking cookies may affect some features of the site.

06Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers listed above, with companies working with us on the DUNNA project when needed to answer your request (for example the developer or the residence brand operator), and with authorities when the law requires it.

07Retention

We keep your information while we have an active relationship or conversation with you, and afterwards for as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it. You can ask us to delete it sooner (see section 08).

08Your rights (ARCO)

You can ask us to access the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or object to its use, and you can withdraw your consent to marketing at any time. Under Mexican law (Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares), these are known as your ARCO rights: Acceso, Rectificación, Cancelación y Oposición. Depending on where you live, you may have similar rights under local laws.

To exercise them, email info@dunna.com with your name, the email or phone you used, and what you are requesting. We may ask you to confirm your identity, and we will answer within the time the law allows. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact your local data protection authority (in México, the competent federal authority on personal data protection).

09Unsubscribe

  • Email: use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of our emails
  • SMS: reply STOP to any of our messages
  • Or simply write to info@dunna.com

We may still send you messages directly related to a request you made, such as the confirmation of a visit you booked.

10International transfers

Some of our providers (such as GoHighLevel, Cloudflare, Google and Meta) store or process data outside México, including in the United States. When we transfer your information, we do so to provide our services to you and with providers that apply appropriate safeguards to protect it.

11Children

Our website and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

12Changes & contact

We may update this policy from time to time. The new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date; if the changes are significant, we will tell you in a clear way.
